Rieger & Co. and music by Hardscrabble at Rye on Thursday, September 17 from 6pm to 8:30pm.  Ease into fall with an evening of Kansas City barbecue, exceptional whiskey and live bluegrass on the patio at Rye. Begin with a welcome cocktail and the sounds of live bluegrass from Kansas City’s own Hardscrabble Band before gathering around the table for a family-style barbecue feast from Chef Ryan Williams. Enjoy smoked favorites, seasonal sides & all the classic fixings, served the way barbecue is meant to- shared with friends. During the intermission, Peter Rediel of J. Rieger & Co. will guide guests through a curated whiskey tasting, offering insight into the craft, history and flavors behind each pour.
