The  long-term plan for Mission Farms includes office and retail space with the development straddling both sides of Mission Road.  Access from Roe via Indian Creek Parkway (106th Street), which is currently under construction, will lead right to the center of Mission Farms.  There are plans for residential condominiums, town homes, retail, office and hotel. 

The convenient street parking on the west side of Mission Road will add to the charm and nostalgia of days gone by.  With the architectural character and history of its former owner, Saddle and Sirloin, the equestrian-themed complex will be a hub for the city of Leawood and a destination for those across the region.
